Marbaş Menkul Değerler

The interior design developed for Marbaş Menkul Değerler is conceived not merely as a physical workspace, but as a spatial construct that makes internal communication visible and perceptible. The company’s dynamic worktlow, driven by rapid decision-making and instant interaction, has been taken as the primary design input; accordingly, all areas except wet spaces have been designed as open and permeable environments, including executive offices.
The project goes beyond the conventional open-plan office model, aiming instead to introduce the idea of a
“fluid organization” into the spatial experience. Starting from the reception area and extending through workspaces to executive zones, the layout avoids rigid boundaries and instead offers a gradual transition of privacy. This approach transforms the space into a layered scenario that guides the user, rather than merely accommodating function.
Transparency is treated as a core concept of the project-not only as a physical condition but as a reflection of corporate values. Visual continuity and openness act as catalysts for faster communication between teams, allowing the space to operate almost like a living organism that continuously generates interaction and movement.
In contrast to this fluid and open spatial configuration, material and color selections introduce a deliberate sense of balance. Light-toned ceilings and walls define a neutral backdrop, while dark furniture elements establish a strong sense of weight and grounding within the space. Accents of red carpeting are strategically introduced to create controlled “bursts of energy,” forming dynamic focal points that reinforce movement and vitality.
Ultimately, the project aspires to deliver a contemporary office environment where boundaries dissolve, communication is amplified through space, and corporate dynamism is transformed into a tangible spatial experience.
